    Free Quotes on source texts received in electronic files will be based on our own electronic word count of the source texts. Lengthy hardcopy source texts should  be accompanied by the client's estimated word count. On lenghty hardcopy source documents not accompanied by the client's estimated word count, we will base our final billing on our own electronic word count of the
    target text.


    PRICING AND BILLING

    Translation US$0.05/word
     (minimum charge: US$35)

    Nontypographical Editing, Review and Corrections of jobs previously translated by a third party, for purposes of contents, language and grammatical accuracy.    		 $25/hour (minimum charge: $50)
    Translating and translation-editing jobs assigned to Eiffel Linguistic Services (hereinafter called "Vendor") by any (Corporate) Buyer1 will be DUE AND PAYABLE VIA PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY, after the job completion by Vendor and upon receipt of Vendor's Invoice by said (Corporate) Buyer. (Corporate) Buyer's confirmation of a translating or translation-editing job assignment to Vendor will imply and be understood as a complete agreement by (Corporate) Buyer to comply with the aforegoing Vendor's terms.  Nonfulfilment of the aforegoing Vendor's terms by (Corporate) Buyer will result in Vendor not performing or accepting any further translating or translation-editing job assignments from
    (Corporate)     Buyer.
     Private individuals (noncorporate buyers) purchasing translation services and receiving the completed job in electronic format must pay via PayPal  upon completion but BEFORE ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF THE JOB. Those picking up the job in person, may pay cash or with a major credit/debit card (there is a small card-processing fee.)

    1(CORPORATE) BUYER  is defined as any company directly purchasing translating or on-site, face-to-face consecutive interpreting services from Vendor.

    2-3 Invoices for on-site, face-to-face, consecutive interpreting jobs assigned to Vendor by (Corporate) Buyer will be DUE AND PAYABLE (BY CHECK BY MAIL OR VIA PAYPAL)  NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS  after the job completion by Vendor and upon receipt of Vendor's Invoice by (Corporate) Buyer. IN THAT CASE, THE VENDOR'S RATE WILL BE US$75/HOUR (minimum charge US$75.)  (Corporate) Buyer's confirmation of an on-site, face-to-face, consecutive interpreting job assignment to Vendor will imply and be understood as a complete agreement by (Corporate) Buyer to comply with the aforegoing Vendor's terms. will result in Vendor not performing or accepting any further on-site, face-to-face, consecutive  interpreting assignments from Buyer.
    (Corporate) Buyers of on-site, face-to-face interpreting services agreeing to pay Via PayPal  upon receipt of Vendor's invoice will be billed at a lower rate of US$60/hour (minimum charge US$60.)
